Free · The One-Page Marketing Plan

A plan that fits one page gets used.

One that needs a deck gets admired and ignored. Seven boxes, printable, built to be filled in with a pen. Written twice, so the Arabic reads like Arabic rather than a translation.

A4, one pageEnglish and ArabicPrint and fill by handNo cost

If a box stays empty, everyone can see it. That is the point.

What is on the page

Seven boxes. Nothing else.

Here they are in full, so you can decide whether it is worth your email. The version you download has ruled lines with real room for a pen.

How to use it

The empty box is the useful part.

When a box stays blank, that is not a gap in a document. It is a gap in the business, and now everyone sitting at the table can see it. Most plans hide those gaps under sixty slides. This one cannot.

Fill it in a meeting, out loud, with whoever owns the budget. It takes about forty minutes and it usually starts an argument. The argument is the value.

No number in box 1Nothing you do this year can be judged, so every conversation about performance becomes a matter of opinion.
No paragraph in box 2The targeting will guess. You will pay to reach people who were never going to buy.
A weak sentence in box 3No channel fixes a weak offer. More budget just spreads the same problem further.
No owner in box 7The plan gets written once and never reviewed, which is how most plans quietly die.
Take it

Write it before you spend anything.

The plan is free and it stays free. If it turns out the harder problem is inside your ad account rather than on the page, that is what the audit is for.
